Since it is in a trading halt all we can do is speculate. But I brought in on 8/10 because then this company looked like good value for the money with a nice blue side.
What I suspect what we have here is a techniqal hic-cup over a missed time sale announcement by the vendor.
And that relates to an acquistion not to the underlying assets or potential of the company I looked at.
