Just the story doing the rounds, seems plausible to me, I think a few shareholders have been peeved with past capital raisings.
Would be a good buy at 1.5c especially with a free option...anyway lets wait and see.
If the rumour is right they will get another 5 mill or so in the bank.
Would also think the speculator would probably give them a write up again also.
