Forestry permits delayed because of a changing of the guard in the forestry permits office and had to start the process over again. IAU have taken a different route on this now as advised and are seeking a zone change I believe, ie re-zone from forest to just trees, shrubs and general flora and fauna living on the ground or in the tress as the case may be.
May take some time but they have been advised that this is the way to go. Obviously risk still remains until the approvals or re-zoning is signed, sealed and delivered.
