No nothing in the media either. The 28th (Which is only Monday) is the dead line for the response to DERM Gov shut down. IMO we are waiting for the Chinese and the Cougar reaction to the shut down which will both have an impact on the Money from Yorkville and I think it will all hindge on that. I reckon Len is waiting for some news from China and they are waiting to see what Len is doing about DERM. It doesn't make sence that Len would leave it to the last minute to appeal againest DERM (which should be GERM is a better name for them) unless he's going for compensation angel.
