It is actually quite a good news, for me anyway.
Definitely won't want RIO to take over, but a JV or partnership is a good route to maximise income and lower expenses.
I won't put too much hope on the chinese talk; if it happens, it is great, if it doesn't, we still have a world class uranium mine.
