I would like to bring to your attention page 17, Investor Presentation - 14 April, 2011.
If you compare the chart 'No Time to Waste' to the Investor Presentation from the Investor presentation in December, 2010, you will notice that in fact the timeline for Construction of Port has actually been brought forward from Q3 2012 to end of Q4 2011 - start of Q1 2012.
You will also note Construction of Mine has been brought forward from Q2 2012 to early Q4 2011.
The company is now delivering information on the conservative side after the release of the DFS and it's guidelines on realistic timeframes.
