Sometimes i am baffled by the TU's given. The 14/4 investor presentation suggests finance partner by end of june and final decision by end september. We are supposed to start building the railway in October for Christs sakes. We need to face up to the facts there have been delays, why are they now suggesting by the end of the year.Yes that can mean tommorrow by why not state the final decision by Sept as they have in the latest presentation. People please be prepared for some small delays the quarterly report is definitely different to what they were aiming for.I am not for one second suggesting this will not happen but there are obviously some extra hurdles that are not being relayed. Remember no time to waste? Simple explanations are preferred imo.
