Lexus i think you will find that under the NDA/CA the vendor that gave the option gave tight strictures /approval of any news releases as an a priori condition to the announcement that CEO agreed to exercise the option...and that exercise was hard fought ..similarly to what is happening now - with the positive exception that the option agreement contains the terms of the sale and purchase agreement ie that doesnt need to be re-negotiated [this gives comfort to us sholders as it stands regardless of the quality of the assays during the due diligence process..
