Hi Andy if you read the articles from the Indian media where Rana Som is quoting LCY will be the Ozzie arm of NMDC then that is a strong hint they expect to use LCY as the JV partner. It wouldn't make sense that NMDC would go solo on the MAK deal if they have gone to great lengths to create the LCY vehicle imo.
