Haoing invested $3.7m in JMS with a 40% offtake
agreement for dso for 12.29% equity.
1 july 2009
Posco invested $7.81m in JMS for a 16.65% stake
and offtake agreement for upto
50% of dso.
Totally different to the LCY announcement.
Worth a trade though.
