They will oversubscribe with all capital raising's the company make and pick up shares from those that don't. They will own 50% for only so long. A covenant should be made in the contract to stop this happening too quickly. imo
Remember its the proportion of shares owned that counts not the number. NMDC and myself dont give a damn about the number of shares held what percent of company owned only.
