If the reviews have already started it signals the intentions very strongly for this partnership. Would be very exciting to get a good coal project on board as there is an enormous need for coal around the world.

Sure the NMDC has got a good deal out of LCY, there's no doubt but the difference is now we are working WITH them, we'll have them on our side for any future deals instead of them trying to get us for cheap. All a necessary evil in turning LCY into a nice profit generating stock for us holders.

Couple the above with all their dot points relating to financing, off take agreements etc and providing there's no other shocking details to emerge I'm more confident about the deal being advantageous.

Wouldn't mind that dip back 8 cents so I can seriously load up, but would be surprised to see it get there with the news flow to follow over coming months.... still in the current environment no one should discount it as possible, I've witnessed plenty of stocks back at levels I never thought would occur.
