1st: LCY is NOT in partnership with NMDC - at least until the GM voting is passed in favour of the JV. - 2nd: I would not mind to be offered few grand worth of shares at 8 cents a piece like LCY offered kindly to NMDC - 3rd: Recent 30 Sep 2011 news from LCY is a cry in the wilderness for more support from shareholders so that LCY can get the above motion through GM. I dare asking a question: WHY DID NOT THEY SAY THAT when the NMDC offer was finally announced ? My answer is : because to lure properly one must refresh the bait now and then. So here it is : another refreshment - and it seems to work - SP up 13% today. -- 4th: I hope the shareholders are smart enough not to get tricked, but I have seen so bizzare s-holders behaviour in the past (of other companies) that I would not be surprized if many actually would follow that carrot. I had LCY, made a tiny profit when I sold the lot at $0.205 (when things started looking very suspicious to me) - 4th: For now I am saying this : NO WAY I AM GOING TO TRUST CURRENT LCY MANAGEMENT. They play their big game, we have NO IDEA what's happening behind the scenes. Investing in LCY in these circumstances is a casino play, and you know WHO IS THE CONSTANT WINNER in casinos ? ...
