Well ozbecool fact is if the deal is so bad you'll be able to pick up them shares for 8 cents or even less. Typically when deals are that bad the stock will fall back to around the issue price. So just keep waiting I'm not ruling it out,if it goes that low I'll more than likely buy more unless something has changed significantly.
I don't expect everyone to like the deal, personally I see a lot of potential with it so I'm excited about it. I do agree todays announcement is still not complete but sometimes companies need to make announcements to break the silence. There's a lot of legalities involved in deals like this but when shareholders are angry and calling for management to communicate it's in everybody's best interests for it to happen, even if it doesn't contain huge ground breaking news. One of the biggest issues investors have with companies is lack of communication so from where I sit the company is doing their best to keep people updated without breaking any laws.
