Sounds to me you are looking for an opportunity to buy in cheap.
Fair enough strategy but if LCY delivers on their commitments per this announcement, I don't think you will get that chance.
Looks like LCY is doing the right thing by their shareholders so in return the shareholders will look after LCY.
