well shows how little I know and how much the English language can be misleading. Forwarded TBB an email re no mention of the liner in the quarterly and received the following response.

Certainly makes where they are going a lot clearer:-

The inner refractory liner is part of the first fill and represents “metal in circuit”.

The inner refractory liner gets melted into the furnace during the hot commissioning run (first production of metal).

The furnace and facilities are in a production ready state, with the transformer and electrical systems having been tested and meeting their design criteria.

As we have disclosed, both Hartleys and Syntella Partners of New York are working on the appropriate funding mechanism for first fill and inventory. This will be disclosed in a timely manner when it has been decided.
