Dear long suffering long term holder.

I have decided to respond to you plea with a comprehensive no holds barred response that will delight you and prove once and for all that there is nothing to worry about.

In the near future, shortly, within the time-frame as set out in past announcements,and having regard to necessary and well founded security arrangements as set out in US and international conventions and in accordance with commercial sensitive and contractual enforceable terms, both express and implied, the situation is and has always been the case that within the next couple of months or by Christmas, whichever comes last that we will most definitely and in accordance with standing ASX and disclosure requirements advise you and keep you so advised of progress which we now disclose is progressing.
