a google search about Mr Makino and how long he has been involved in the coal industry and he chooses coldry.
Enter AGL and Tepco buyout but 660 million tons left available as surplus lignite in which Tepco may wish to develop at a later stage for coal to syn gas as part of the contract
offtake agreement by Japan for syn gas from AGL using coldry ,NOW THAT would expand AGL business model plus supply of syngas to local power stations.
