...getting the coal back to Japan in some form...well it is well known that VIC lignite in it's current form cannot be transported due to it's inherent instability. Coldry would be a perfect candidate for Tepco's needs!

To me this is a strong positive signal for the SP. If AGL increase their existing stake of Loy Yang Power then they will need a BCE both for LY-domestically and Tepco-internationally. Coldry is perfectly positioned for such a demand.
