15/1 for a random no-nothing announcement seems to be quite good value- 5 out of the last 10 announcements fall under that banner (assuming we include the quarterlies).

I wouldn't get it right now simply because it's a binary investment at this point- either Puntland succeeds and it rises, or it does not and it falls. Too much of a gamble for me but I never, ever stay in for drill results anyway- did that a long time ago with a different share and learned my lesson.

It's probably got about the same chance of succeeding as any other drill in an underesplored area- maybe more now that there's oil shows, who knows. But I'd wait for the announcement no mater what the price action is like from now until then.
