Difficult to give an update at this stage as the authorities are in the process of going to the local communities and provinces. These proceedings should be coming to a close shortly
It then has to get through parliament. Its all well and good for these pollies to say that it will go through, but until it is voted upon that is not the case.
Hopefully, there 'educated thoughts' are correct, but until due process is complete it doesnt mean a lot.
