I have to disagree with your last coment bhutos, OBL have done all the leg work, no more to do now but farm in and start drilling.
everything is almost in place, not as you said "however with out anything in place" which kinda tells me you have not done your homework on OBL.. have a good read of previous announcements going back to 2011 and i reckon you might change your mind mate.
