Yes, the chances of another OEM deal has to be enormous since the manufacturing licence rules have changed within China.
Here is a nice little exercise, go to Google earth write Taiwan in the search window top left, click on select, drag the little man from the right hand side to enter into street view mode, any city will do.
It is an incredible sight, to see just how popular scooters are and just how many are being used on the streets.
The China street view mode would not work for me.
