LOL you should see today's headline: Time to short miners?

based on more crappy analysis. They haven't even got their prices right.

Shanghai Rebar (they follow the HRB400 sigma16-25mm series) price ranges from 3820CNY to 3940CNY (as opposed to the 3760CNY they have listed).

"The rebar spot price hasn’t risen since the new year"...

I'll test this claim.

Jan1, Shanghai rebar prices (CNY) = 3640 to 3740
Feb8, Shanghai rebar prices (CNY) = 3820 to 3940

The lower spread has risen 4.9% and the upper by 5.3%

At a country wide level.
Jan1, rebar price = 3570 to 4166 mean = 3887
Feb8, rebar price = 3660 to 4404 mean = 4065

The lower spread = +2.5% upper = +5.7% mean = +4.6%

Compare that to the 2-3% increase in the spot io, since jan1.

I don't even know why I check that website, it's like reading the newspaper, you know you're being told bs but you just can't keep away.

Welcome back Hottie. I added some more AGO on Friday at 166.5 :D I was going to add to FMG, but tossed and turned and did the smart thing. On relative terms the AGO price is waaaaaay behind FMG.
