    exactly right.
    NWE management think they are adding value by exploring the oil...well, the market doesn't think so.

    As a result, they will need to raise capital at 3 cents instead of 7 cents, after not even getting through the entire program.


    NWE & NSE were my top shale picks and they have been very disappointing.

    Both are worth revisiting now IMO.
