    We are now 3 x Annual Reports Late!

    This is a public company.

    Shareholders must receive the annual reports and financial information.

    Failure to comply with the financial reporting requirements under the Corporations Act.

    Penalties...up to 5 Years!

    No wonder its taking them time to relist!
