    HI,

JFI is indeed a real person and not poor Jonno who gets a very bad press on this stock... ! Happy to invest long term and WHE is in my portfolio. I don't think its so dreadful borrowing like this when there is much potential upside on unrealised assets. It is impossible to develop any business without money and it is impossible to start or maintain one without it. Those lending/investing through this instrument must have some faith in the company's assets, future, the rate of spot Uranium in 2014/15 (rising presumably) and would see this as a good opportunity for them. They need their angle, a good return on investment/loan with the share price rising through 2014. I cannot understand why everyone freaks out when money is raised through one of the various market methods. Really odd. This isn't strange and really isn't that unexpected. What would be more odd is letting a potential business with real future revenues fail just because of some missing liquid, eg. cash. That would be more strange. There are people with ideas and vision and holding ground assets. They need the people with money to get in going and then the sum of all is a business worth more than the inputs factoring in inflation.

At these prices will look to add further holding as I am in no hurry for any quick return or funds back.

Bannerman (BMN) did similar and everyone freaks out. Its a good sign when outsiders want part of the action. The real problem is when no one wants ya.

Investing long term and as usual against the masses.

My thoughts and opinions for what its worth.

    Not Jonno a.k.a. JFI
