Depends on one's viewpoint.
There is a general consensus that the market factors tings in.
If you're basing it from the moment the announcement was released, then yes, the market doesn't agree.
But this time last week the stock price was about $0.017 or something like that. Now it is $0.034. Thats a 100% gain in a week.
And they haven't yet reported gold assays. That will also come as the lab they use might have to send the samples away for fire assay.
