Yes, I am a bit light on facts with my criticism of AKK generally sorry. I've always found it so hard to understand what was happening and that reduced my interest in spending time on it. I've relied more on other posters than I normally would and that has mixed results!

I suppose it is a fact though that they haven't disclosed some details that you would normally expect and that some third parties must have that info. For example bankers must know revenue shares. Although, nothing new from me on that. I didn't mean to imply that there has been insider trading in AKK stock. I have no idea. I suppose I was just trying to point out why continuous disclosure rules exist.

I really believe that it would be in AKK's interest short and particularly long term to disclose more details. I agreed with the limited disclosure idea at the time it was implemented but it hasn't worked in my view.
