The only news is that every one is waiting for the DMMR, and the company have elected to run on fumes until then, so presumably they are confident that their forward plan will have some sort of financing capacity to get it back off the ropes once things start moving again.
I believe the DMMR is obligated to act as Alara have clear legal entitlement to the minerals through the terms of the old JV, so if the notice has been served then there is no back door for Manajem, they will have to relinquish the leases.
