    Common DMMR .... Take the tough decison and let's get this project on the road. However, I do wonder if Manajem also might have a connection with a HRH. I still don't really understand their recalcitrance and obstinance. They get nothing if the DMMR shifts the licences. Do they really want to be bloody minded and go down with the ship ??? or will there be a last minute cave in ???
