Chance of getting a cheque out of Mongolia is pretty slim. Pretty dumb decision to go up there anyway. What were they thinking.
I read something about going to the International Arbitration or something - lot of good that would do, they would just spend $10m trying to get their $100m back on legal fees.
MAH you ain't getting your money and there is nothing you can do about it except learn from the experience to not do it again.
