It will cost you more to get your pick your worthless second hand plant and equipment up and get it out of there than you could get selling it.
And how are you getting it out of Mongolia? On a truck through China to Hong Kong then on a boat?
That would be a logistical nightmare and expensive.
International Arbitration only works if both parties want it to work, otherwise it will be a toothless tiger. Waste of time suing anyone in Mongolia. Mongolians don't care about your contract they would have used it for toilet paper by now.
Best and only chance is if they agree to pay MAH something, otherwise they will get nothing.
