Hmmmm you are assuming that the Mongolians will let you take the equipment out of Mongolia.
You are also then assuming the Russians, or Chinese, or Khazakis etc will pay you. And who in those countries will buy your plant, and how will you find those people and do this deal. Ring up and say, I have 6 big trucks to sell do you want them?
If you had a business in Mongolia, and this happened to you, you would think you can get your plant or any money out?

CEO has resigned as he rang Mongolia and got the local farmer on the phone to try organise some guys to move the plant and equipment for him. All he got was something about 10 tugrugs for a donkey and what dozers there are no dozers here. Who is Macmahons!
