According to the report 24k oz means approx $34m revenue. So company with market cap of $10m spends $44m on operating etc activities > Come on ! They have net loss ~ = their market cap ! And the stock did NOT go up by 22%. It is actually steady : 9c buyesrs vs 10c sellers. What I am surprised is the fact that UML have not starting falling after the announcement today.
