The altcoin market is heating up again after a hiatus over Christmas/new year. Most people would probably hire these services for X11/13/14 and scrypt rather than ASIC/BTC.
Having been around the crypto world a bit, these services are used regularly to mine new coins that are released.
Several coins are released weekly, just look at
https://www.ipominer.com/ which uses profit switching pools which are popular. Ramping up mining is great for instamining those coins too. So there will always be someone out there wanting these services, who doesn't want to buy the equipment themselves.
CEX.io, one of the largest providers of cloud services for mining bitcoin recently stopped. So it would be good to see DCC capitalise on this news. Lots of people still use cryptsy so that is a good partnership.
