It makes you wonder what caused the Canadians to walk away with a crisp million "loonies" back in January. If they saw something during their due diligence that they didn't get from the annual reports and disclosures? Finding out the CFO is a director of the major shareholder would raise an eyebrow for an auditor would it not!?
Maybe the new item in the connote terms was for a new CFO? Coincidental, perhaps, that a new CFO has arrived as the piggy bank is getting lighter.
