i don't feel it was pumped, the majority of the stock is tightly held thus forcing the market to pay up to complete there fill. even a lot of us long time holders were cut back on our take up of 7c issue stock.
keep in mind if VRI do deliver some commercial contracts it will be back up to high prices in no time
