re: what rubbish I would suggest that the reason it's taken so long is because the politicians know it should go to CAZ and they are wondering how to soften the blow to RIO after all those years of 'benevolence'. If the decision to award it to RIO was clear cut they would have paid no heed to the murmurings of CAZ, they'd have weathered that and got on with it.
no, the hard nut here is RIO. How do they sell the bum decision to RIO?
