Hi sue, agree CAZ don't have the money to hang in for a long battle with RIO if it goes RIO's way.
Possible they (CAZ) could seek money from the WA Govenment to pay for the court battle as they (gov)should take part blame no matter which way it falls.
Compensation from WA Govenment to the loser??
I've seen a lot more outragous things happen.
If they can pay the medium & large industries around the metro area $$$$$$$$ to shut down during hot days so we don't get a power outage.
