yes, he is very very VERY good!!

i was extremely impressed with his work in the Mallard case. he seemed to originally not be interested in it, but as he looked at it more and more, could only see one thing ... an innocent man!! And did he articulate himself well!! but i tend to think .. in the Mallard case, he was just sickened at the corruption, and just wanted to see an innocent man back with his family and justice done. which in the end it was.

interestingly, him and the other guy he was working with, both said that before appeals (particularly to the high court) are incredibly nervous.

i have no doubts whatsoever that, IF mccusker does take on the CAZ case, and it gets beyond the WA state courts to a federal court, that it will be overturned. There is only one question to ask in that ... how long will it take, and can CAZ afford it.

but then .. if Mallard's family could afford it (for 12 yrs), CAZ should be able to.

i currently do not hold caz, have not traded it and probably wont' for a while
