Honestly,

I did mention about 2 - 3 months ago that I thoght 0.4c might be the benchmark for this one and I think it can only go up from here.
I would buy, but unfortunately its a cashflow issue.
Mortgage, wife, kids, school fees..... the list goes on
At the end I like to kick back and have a risk free punt.
I think it will hover below 0.8c for a couple of years.
Hopefully I can consolidate within this time frame and throw 5 - 10K at it once they have raised some good coin and have a good target.
