Spoke to company secretary a few minutes ago. The good news is that there is no (bad) news, they haven't responded to the PDL 10 request yet, still working on it but confident. There has been no new development on that issue but they believe it will be settled without legals but if it comes to the courts they believe they have a legal right that will be upheld. The PDL 10 issue has arisen from a background of discontent with the lack of payments from LNG companies and politicians keen to be seen to be standing up for the people of PNG. Of course the lower POO is a contributing factor to the SP fall but that's all they can think of to explain it. The Quarterly will be on the way soon.
