Having worked in the Peruvian Andes building Constansia copper mine with Ausenco in 2014. I understand that the Peruvian people local to those elevations don't move fast, mainly due to lack of air pressure up that high. So the local people wont be concerned about sitting up there they have been doing since before Jesus was a boy around 4000 < 5000 years recorded. So you cant out wait them, hopefully S32 & Ross are up there doing something like kicking and licking rock rather than in Lima dining on Ceviche and cold beers.
