Each shareholder had the opportunity to buy $5k worth of shares at 80 cents.
My understanding is there are 20000 shareholders.
Therefore if all shareholders took up the entitlement,that would be $100 million raised plus over 120 million new shares.
So the answer to those who think that the shortfall will be placed.....a big NO.
There is no shortfall.
Whoever wanted them takes them up.
Who doesn't take them up means just that,they are not taken up...ie..they don't exist.
