I think it will be extention of lending facility for 12mths this will be agreed to following sale of equity in the Aust wholesale fund to the Australian Industry super fund that will look to buy.
This should raise about 2.4B which will be placed into debt reduction,

However Centro them loses future capital gains of its most prised australia assets that are tied up in that vechical however it does mean they can continue to trade and hold on to the valuable managment rights. However they may have to do a JV or sell of the managment of the sydication business as investors would have lost confidence in investing in thoes investment vechicles.

this is speculation based on comments made in the Fin review 7 th feb that the Industry fund was looking at buying )
