point is in yr own words it has come back from on high.. in large part because this Co despite Hughs repeated promises has yet to deliver in any meaningful way.

My issue aside from the "potential" tarnished by repeated broken promises is that if I had known (as others obviously did) that just 2 days prior to the SPP closing I would be diluted by another 8% and more importantly suddenly find insto's with millions of cheap heads they wanted to flip for quick profit I wouldn't have taken up the SPP instead preferring to wait and buy on market (if at all).

Clearly the Co. was aware of that and said nothing. Wasn't that what happened with the OC approval that suddenly went from "pending" to being granted in "perhaps 12 months time"?

Looks and smells bad.

Best thing Mike F could do would be to tell Hugh to say nothing and then deliver action not BRR spin.
