Hi - Its a new contract.

ITD has made a bad habit of over projecting - so they have now reversed poles and are really talking down projected results for the year.

I notice this announcement didnt include the net effect to the bottom line or their projected returns for the year.

I'd say there to chicken to project, or the weakend dollar and the perhaps the reduced malaysian sales has stopped them incresing expectations.

I believe there undervalued at current prices should be around 17 - 22cps

With ITD its really a wait and see - Bill doesnt give away alot.
