Some of those facts seem more like opinions to me... :)
Before I thought like many others...large upside, but huge hurdles. If you say we need to travel to Greenland, which btw one of the holders did...don't we need to be more objective about it all? (He did say they have removed facilities...locals don't think it will happen)
Prove that it's not just "Apple" supporting sentiment holding the stock up. I'm actually getting excited...once the tide dies out and the layers and layers of sentiment get exposed...this thing could go back to retest its lows
