The company mentions in its Q2 2009 results on page 10 that it has an exploration camp located on the Kvanefjeld plateau.

According to the GGG fact sheet, the company carries out exploration during the Greenlandic Summer and Shoulder seasons (May to October).

Therefore it seems logical that they have simply shut down the exploration camp for the winter.
